Irgendwie werden die „pm“-Zeiten vor den „am“-Zeiten gezeigt. Also falsch herum. Dann kann ich irgendwie Graphen verändert und speichern, aber ich weiss nicht, ob dadurch Daten verloren gehen. Naja.

Installiert, gestartet. Erste Frage: Zugriff auf health Daten. Macht Sinn.
Was soll ich damit? Die Watch-App bietet unverständliche Anzeigemodi und die Notwendigkeit der Registrierung kann ich auch nicht nachvollziehen. -> gelöscht!
Übersichtlich! Bin zufrieden
Great
Best HR graph app so far.
it's everything you will ever need for your phone and anytime there's an issue they respond and make sure you are good very good service thank you marcus
I’m already subscribed but it’s trying to have me resubscribe or delete my account with no option to restore purchase or recognize the subscription I already have. I’ve been subscribed for 2 years because I have to track my heart rate due to my POTS.
incredibly odd, constantly disappearing from watch, occasionally fixed by redownloading completely. lasts about 6-12 hours each time. otherwise incredible app.
We tracked this App and found that data sets are pointing to India. So they are basically stealing your info. Scammers ! Never trust people from
Interesting that when I decided not to renew that all my markers turned for the worse. In one day I developed sleep apnea and my hypertension score went up drastically. Also note that I get elevated heart rate notifications while exercising. What happened to this app?
I’ve been quite impressed with the valuable data I get from Cardiogram, beyond the data I already receive from my device (Fitbit Inspire 2). The activity tracking, HR recovery data, etc. is very helpful to me as I progress through “managed A-fib” status. My cardiologist actually took a few minutes to scan some of my activity data at my last visit. She agreed that it was a good health management tool. I’ve also interfaced a little with the Cardiogram support team (shout out to Kevin McReynolds!) and found them to be responsive, helpful and supportive.
The app is great if you are just using the app. But if you want to compare the data it tracks to other health app data, the is completely useless. You cannot scroll or go to a date, go to a diff app, and then come back to Cardiogram for that info. It refreshes and goes back to the current, which is absolutely poor UX in my opinion. What is the point of historical health data if an app limits how you interface with the data. Really bad design.
Excellent
needs a dark mode stat
For the last decade I have referred all cardiac patients, POTS, ME/CFS, and Long COVID patients here. Sadly my drs don’t allow most patients with these conditions to look at bright screens, so this app has become unusable. App support hasn’t replied in over 6 months to my bouncing illegible interface, and this afternoons screenshot I managed to catch between bounces, is no longer matching what the app is reflecting hours later. I would reach out to app support again, but sadly I don’t have energy to waste on unwelcome feedback on their app.
I’m into fitness: working out every other day for about 1.5 hours, walk 6 miles daily. Use Apple Watch to keep track of things. While Apple Fitness app does provide info, and I use it, I find I use Cardiogram more . . . Cardio is an excellent app to use with the Apple Watch.
This app isn’t tracking my heart rate. I even paid to get it to try and work . The app advertised free 30 day trial but when I paid I wasn’t offered the free trial . I restarted my phone and my watch and the app is still not working / not reading my heart rate .
You have me at a elevated risk for HTN. My BP is consistently < 129/70 Your a joke. For the most part my BP is 120’s/ 60ish. These clowns at Cardiogram want to judge my health on other people my age. Everybody is different. One size does not fit all. My cardiologist is happy with my BP. The cardiogram Einsteins are placing my at risk for chronic HTN based on other individuals my age. What a stupid way of diagnosing. Think I explore other apps and rest in the fact that my daily BP’s I take are on average normal. Ine of the fundamentals of health care is “LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENT!
No option for a free version. App tells you that you can bundle a 30 day free trial of Migrane and Heart, only to then force you to buy Heart anyway. Immediately deleted the app and canceled the trial.
Not going to pay for something that used to be free.
Ive been a paid subscriber- haven't used in awhile- now when accessing the app i am prompted for two new trials for two new apps - and NO option to get to the app i am paying for! Fix this guys!!! If you are going to pivot give me the option to continue - if one of the new options is the same - carry my existing past the trial to when my subscription ends- if i migrate will i lose all my tracked data?
Cardiogram: Owned by Indian investors. 1: Health Catalyst Capital Lead Investor Funding Round Series A - Ilumivu Partners Charles Boorady 2: Pisgah Fund Funding Round Series A - Ilumivu 3:Knightsgate Ventures Funding Round Seed Round - Ilumivu "Asheville, NC based ilumivu will use the acquisition and investment to grow its personalized decision support solutions. ilumivu expects growth to include scaling its existing operations as market adoption increases and expanding through new solution offerings. Founded in 2009, ilumivu supports healthcare research...". Blah blah blah. Translation: it's an investment pool charging you money for subscription so they can collect your wearable data, tied to your are, gender and your health conditions / aspects, so the data is easily databased. If the app is free, there's no way to effectively manage the collected data, because most people won't sign up or provide crucial details which make the data marketable to various health care and other types of institutions. That's why the app abruptly became 100% monetized. You get to pay for data collection and storage for them and then they use your data to make money. I suffered with migraines since childhood. I promise.
I used to use it actively and paid for an active subscription, but over time the features have gone downhill and it has become more difficult to use. It doesn't even run on my phone any more despite multiple attempts to reinstall it including the various troubleshooting steps, on other devices the interface has become cluttered and difficult to use, and the services it provides are often better provided elsewhere. It's a shame, because it has some great potential, but it has been moving in what feels like a bad direction for quite some time now.
Got a notification today from Cardiogram (along the lines of) “it’s good to worry” clicked on it. Turns out they had ceased any and all free options and wanted me to sign up for a subscription. They’ve responded to nearly every other review by saying they announced it in late 2022, well, I downloaded after that and had no noticed pushed across my screen since then. No push notifications to subscribe or lose data, nada. In the end the last thing I’m going to do is pay for a service to collect and sell my data. Yall don’t get to double dip on my health’s dime.
I’ve had this app under the free version for years now solely so I can track my continuous heart rate. Now there is suddenly now free version and you have to subscribe. It’s also an expensive ripoff for what they offer you. Bad business move. Will be deleting.
App now unusable without signing up for free trials that I don’t want. Load page is for 2 free month trials that I don’t want and can’t get to regular Cardiogram app without signing up for something. This is unacceptable! Please fix ASAP!
No more free version so I’ll just move on to the next best option.
I’ve been using this on my watch for years just for the real time HR complication. I honestly didn’t even remember I had an app for it on my phone. Now everything is locked behind a subscription. I just needed that one thing instead of this bait and switch. Now Cardiogram has my data AND charges me to use it. Useless app now. Deleted!
Displayed as ‘free’ in the AppStore with no indication that after inputting all your data and giving it permissions you can’t do anything whatsoever to actually use the app without paying a horribly high subscription fee. Wish I hadn’t wasted my time on what was presented to me as a free app :(
My phone won’t load the app now and I’ve already been charged for a subscription
Used to be great for “real-time” heart rate complication on my watch. That was all I wanted/needed. Now even that’s behind a paywall. I’d pay 1-time for the software, but not a subscription. Yes I know you reached out to everyone of the change, doesn’t make it better. So I’m moving on.
i’m surprised to read all of the recent negative reviews. i’ve been using app for a couple of years and love it. it’s comparable to the data i would get from fitbit app.
Go to set it up with Apple watch. Crashes and won’t open again.
Sorry, but went from free to wanting money, no warning that it was changing!
Headline says it all. My premium renewal processed on April 12th, 2024. A couple days later I am prompted to subscribe for new services regardless of my already active subscription - I cannot access years of data without committing to a new product. I will try to claim a refund. But this is just about the most unethical subscription service I’ve seen. It’s a shame - this was my favorite heart rate tracking app.
I tried to create an account several times to no avail. Final option was to either sign out or delete account. I signed out and signed in again only to start the entire process all over again. Very frustrating.
I have had this app on my phone since Aug 2023. They tried to say on 3/29/23 (that was Good Friday mind you) that I signed up for their services that was one week free then on 4/5/24 they tried to charged my card $79.20 it was declined because, but I didn’t even see it try to go threw. Then today i had $100. On my Apple Pay. They took $79.20. I know I did not agree to this. I know 100% I was not on that app the day of March 29, 2024. That was Good Friday. The day Our Lord and Savior died on the cross for our sins. I was not playing on my phone. I spend most of that day acknowledging and worshiping my Lord. I reached out ask for a refund nicely and Jules answered my email and refuses to refund my money.
Outside measuring and recording your HR, I wouldn't trust this app for anything else like their “health score” or “detection” which seems to provide false information or their calculations are very flawed. Ever since using this app my health score keeps dropping even though my vitals stay the same and actually have improved overall as per my doctor. But for some reason this app tells me something completely different. Not sure if this is done on purpose as a marketing tactic but they should stick to only HR monitoring and leave the health score reporting to qualified doctors before someone may sue them for providing incorrect information
This app used to be free, in exchange for giving the company your data to train their algos on. Now it’s stuck behind a paywall. I now use Body Heat Pro which has no reoccurring costs!
I had this app for a while. It worked fine. Then they made it pay based where I had to choose a “free trial” to add “modules.” Couldn’t decline the modules and use the app as I previously had used it, so it’s worthless to me now. Deleted.
I requested my risk score over a week ago and it’s still not ready. I’m unsubscribing because there’s no other reason to be paying
Capable of seeing all this information is unbelievable and extremely helpful to keep an eye on my health. I'm 81 years old and thankful that there's an app out there like this.
I can’t figure out how to update my old review, but that’s okay, because this review is a five-star one. Kevin specifically helped me to get back into my account, (which turns out I had created two in an attempt to get back into my first one…) so he had gone above and beyond what any developer has ever done with helping me with app issues. I seriously can’t thank him enough; I’ve been a Cardiogram user (legacy) for years, and as both a trauma nurse and Paramedic this is by far the best app out there. Thanks again, Kevin!
Cardiogram is convenient to setup and get up and running. The app reloads or updates frequently on the Apple device. It should be easier to pair Cardiogram with the Apple Watch when the watch sometimes unpairs. Also there should be a Cardiogram specific watch face available for elderly who do not know how to operate the Apple Watch
This app use to be awesome and very useful. It was free. Now they company has moved to subscription model with no free offerings. Good while it lasted. Delete.
Out of the blue, this afternoon my Cardiogram started opening as Heroku and wanted me to log in with my credentials. I’ve no idea what this is. I deleted the app and reinstalled it for the same outcome. I deleted it again and cancelled my subscription. I really liked Cardiogram until they appear to have been taken over by Heroku. Update: I was contacted by Cardiogram and they explained they had a system outage that caused that screen. It’s been corrected and I was able to reinstall the app and login as normal. Thanks!
I have had this app for a long time and it was one of the best apps out there. But now the apped will not open and all I get when launching the app is the host company.
Appears Cardiogram is dead
I have been a subscriber for years and in currently subscribed. The app no longer works. Save your money.
Despite this app providing interesting insights, it has now become unusable. I want my money back!!!!! I signed up to get the enhanced one year plan Since then. The app continually asks me to upgrade and has even acted as though I had no plan and asks me to sign up for what I’ve already paid for–and other apps. Now it won’t let me get off the page asking to buy something I’ve already paid for!!!
Went to open it up and now it sends me to a scammy screen demanding a subscription with no way to even back out. What a horrible cash grab for what was once a very useful app.
I think it’s unfair that we supplied your app for years with free data and now you’ve gone subscription based and I can’t even access my old data. It’s honestly disgusting and unacceptable. I loved this app to track my pots symptoms and show them to my doctor.
I haven’t been able to open the app in months. Had to end my recurring subscription so that I wasn’t charged for an app that doesn’t work. I loved it when it worked.
This is a great app. I currently have Congestive Heart Failure and I use this with my Apple Watch to monitor my heart condition. Y’all have made something great with Apple Watch. I hope you make a better product even better.
